Many of the problems during a construction or conversion project that may lead to sometimes lengthy litigation or arbitration are due to an inappropriate contract with ambiguities and gaps leading to cost overruns and delays. Especially the way Requests for Variation Orders are being dealt with is a specialist job. If litigation becomes inevitable we will guide you through it, whether before a court of law, or in (international) arbitration or mediation proceedings.
