Service Philosophy

Our strength is in establishing and maintaining close working relationships with our clients to achieven an understanding of their particular businesses and to provide practical solutions which bring their objectives within reach. It is our philosophy to explore the full range of options with the aim of providing maximum added value in transactional advice, or achieving a speedy and efficient end to a dispute, looking first to the possibility of a negotiated settlement, then to alternative dispute resolution (e.g. mediation) and only as a last resort to arbitration or litigation.

We actively maintain a network of foreign and domestic lawyers and law firms to deal with those issues falling outside the scope of our industry-specific expertise, since it is our aim to be a client´s primary contact for all legal support. To achieve this mission, we will only recruit and instruct trainees who are willing to commit themselves to our objectives and are prepared to learn new skills and develop existing abilities instrumental to that. In this way our legal service addresses the multitude of problems faced by our clients now and those likely to be encountered in the future.
